During our Easter stay, we had a pleasant experience at a hotel in Cologne. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the location was superb, with easy access to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Lastly, one of the advantages we enjoyed was the excellent breakfast provided, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

the hotel entrance was difficult to find, which caused some confusion upon arrival.

The location was superb, with the city center, main train station, and the Dom all within a short distance. It made exploring the city convenient. The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast arrangement was well organized, with shifts to ensure everyone's safety. We appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a comfortable and hygienic environment. our experience was great and we would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is situated in a very quite area, just close to everything. The room was good size, with a comfortable bed and a desk and chair in the work area. The bathroom had a good shower and a large shaving mirror. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options.

The wifi connection was poor.

The breakfast buffet had an very nice variety of options, including fresh bread, cheese, fruit, muesli. The hotel's pool, sauna, and gym facilities were excellent, providing a great way to relax and stay active. The hotel's location was superb, just a short stroll away from the city centre and the train station, making it easy to explore this city on foot.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect for us, situated in a quiet area but still close to the city center. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating with our requests, and they even provided us with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were great, especially loved the tea and coffee facilities and sitting area. We also took advantage of the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities, which were very relaxing.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient location near main railway station, proximity to cathedral and Rhine river, free minibar option, well-maintained pool and jacuzzi area.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Convenient central location, walkable from train station. Unique mini-bar concept - free if you opt out of daily cleaning. Welcoming and professional staff. Exceptionally clean rooms. Spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Amazing breakfast with perfectly prepared dishes.
